Common Questions
Our platform fee is 8% per transaction. For local BTN payments, the minimum is Nu. 15 per transaction — meaning if 8% of the ticket price is less than Nu. 15, you pay Nu. 15. For international Stripe payments, the minimum is $2.00 per transaction.
The minimum fee ensures platform costs are covered for lower-priced tickets. It covers payment processing infrastructure, real-time QR verification, analytics, and our 24/7 support systems.
For international payments, Stripe charges 4.85% applied on the combined total of the ticket price plus DashTicket's platform fee, plus a fixed $0.60 per transaction. This is separate from DashTicket's 8% platform fee and is charged directly by Stripe. Both fees are shown clearly before checkout.

For local BTN payments, funds are transferred to your bank account after your event ends. For international Stripe payments, payouts follow Stripe's standard schedule (typically 2-7 business days).
Yes — create a free event and you pay nothing. No trial, no credit card required. You only pay the platform fee when you sell paid tickets.
Fee absorption lets you cover the platform fee so your buyers pay the exact ticket price you set. Instead of the fee being added on top, it's deducted from your payout. You can toggle this per event.
