Sell tickets to your event in Bhutan
DashTicket gives Bhutanese organizers everything they need to run an event end-to-end — real ticket inventory, QR-validated entry, BTN and USD payments, and live reports. No more chasing payments in WhatsApp.
From idea to scanned ticket — in four steps
1. Create your event
Add a cover image, dates, venue, and ticket types. Two-step wizard, takes about five minutes. No approval queue.
2. Share your event link
Every event gets a clean URL like dashtickets.dashbhutan.com/event/your-event. Share it on WhatsApp, Facebook, or print on posters.
3. Buyers pay in BTN or USD
Local buyers pay in BTN through any of the 6 Bhutanese banks with OTP verification. International buyers pay in USD via Stripe. No card fees on BTN.
4. Scan at the gate, get paid
Assign scanner staff to validate QR tickets at the door. Attendance tracked in real time. Payouts settle to your Bhutanese bank or Stripe account.
Built for Bhutan, not bolted on
Most ticketing platforms assume you have a US bank account, a Visa terminal, and an audience that pays in dollars. DashTicket starts from how events actually run in Thimphu, Paro, and beyond.

Things organizers usually ask
How long does it take to list an event?
Around five minutes for a basic event. The wizard is two steps — Event details, then Tickets & publish. You can save and come back.
How much does DashTicket charge?
Free events are free to host. For paid events, we charge 8% of the ticket price with a Nu. 15 minimum (BTN) or USD 2 minimum (Stripe). You can pass this to the buyer or absorb it. See the full pricing page for examples.
When do I get paid?
BTN payouts settle to your Bhutanese bank account (Digital Kidu, BoB, BNB, T Bank, Druk PNB, or BDBL) on a regular cadence after the event. USD payouts settle through Stripe to your connected account. Specific payout schedules are shown in your dashboard.
Can I run a free event?
Yes — and it's free to host. We charge nothing for free tickets. You still get QR validation, scanning, and attendee reports.
Do I need to handle refunds myself?
No. Set your refund policy when you create the event. Buyers request refunds in-app and the system processes them through the original Bhutanese bank or Stripe automatically.
Can my staff scan tickets at the gate?
Yes. Add scanner accounts per event from your dashboard. They get a phone-friendly scanner interface — point at the QR, tap to validate. No training needed.
Does DashTicket work for online events?
Yes. Set the event format to Online when creating. Buyers receive a confirmation that includes any virtual link or instructions you provide.
