Refund eligibility is primarily set by the event organiser and displayed on the event page before you purchase. DashTicket is a marketplace facilitating transactions between organisers and attendees — we are not the organiser of the events listed. Sign up or log in, then access the Organiser Dashboard. Click 'Create Event' and fill in your event's details: title, description, date(s), venue, ticket types, pricing, and capacity. Once submitted for review, your event will be published and visible to buyers. You can edit event details at any time before tickets go on sale.

After a successful payment, your tickets appear immediately in your profile under 'My Tickets'. You can access them at any time by clicking your profile icon and selecting 'Tickets'. Each ticket displays a unique QR code — this is what gate staff will scan for entry.

DashTicket charges a platform fee of 8% per transaction, with a minimum fee of Nu. 15 per transaction for BTN payments and $2.00 per transaction for USD payments. The minimum fee exists to ensure platform costs are covered for lower-priced tickets — covering payment processing infrastructure, QR verification, and 24/7 support.
