Today we're rolling out DashTickets v2 — the biggest update since we launched.

We rebuilt the organizer experience from the ground up, redesigned every buyer-facing page, and rewrote the checkout so it finishes in under a minute. The platform is faster, clearer, and easier to use on a mid-range phone on a slow connection in Thimphu.

For organizers

  • A unified dashboard at /dashboard — your events, live stats, reports, team, and settings all behind a single sidebar. The old organizer area is gone, and everything you used to do there is now one tap closer.
  • A new event creation wizard that's been collapsed from four steps to two — cover image and details, then tickets and publish.
  • A redesigned edit page with four focused tabs (Details, When & Where, Tickets, Extras), a completeness score that shows you what's missing, and auto-save so you never lose a change.
  • A public profile page for every organization at /organizer/your-handle — logo, bio, upcoming and past events, social links. A real home on the internet for your events.
  • The option to absorb the platform fee yourself so buyers see a single, round price at checkout.

For buyers

  • A two-step checkout that finishes in under 60 seconds. Select your tickets, pay, done.
  • Pay with any of the six Bhutanese banks — Digital Kidu, BoB, BNB, T Bank, Druk PNB, and BDBL — or with an international Visa or Mastercard.
  • A tickets-first profile where today's QR code appears inline on the home screen, so you can walk into the gate without tapping through menus.
  • Free events now skip the payment step entirely — tap Reserve, confirm your details, and the ticket lands in your profile.
  • Brighter, faster event pages that load instantly even on a slow connection, with built-in share buttons for WhatsApp.

This is the foundation we'll build on. The rest of v2 rolls out over the coming weeks — subscribe to the RSS feed to follow along, or keep an eye on this page.
