It's now strictly two steps — pick your tickets, pay, done. No detours, no upsells, no surprise pages. Most buyers finish in under a minute on a mid-range phone in Thimphu.
If you're not logged in when you tap "Get Tickets", you no longer get bounced to a login page and lose your place. A small sign-in drawer slides up over the checkout, you log in (or sign up) in a few seconds, and you're right back where you were with your selection intact.
Free tickets skip the payment step entirely. Tap Reserve, confirm your details, and the ticket lands in your profile — no more tapping "Pay 0" for an event that was never going to charge you.
The checkout timer is smarter too. It only starts when you reach the payment step, and it pauses while you wait for your bank OTP so a slow text message never costs you your seat.
